This is a great support for everyday activities. Gives the needed support while muscles heal or untill you strengthen through a program for core or rehab. Gardening/ light duty chores like painting or any task requiring lots of bending etc. Would not use for weight training squats deadlift etc. Fits nicely under shirt and inside pants. Does get warm and a bit sweaty when wearing for long periods( in summer anyway) Have not tried in winter or fall yet.
