The symptoms of "epicondylitis", "tennis elbow" or "golfer's elbow" are pain in the muscles on the outside of the elbow. EpiTrain helps reduce this pain and relieve tension. As you move, the special knitted compression fabric with its built-in visco-elastic pads stimulates the muscles and aids healing.

A: I have this product. It’s excellent. However, if you order a size that is “comfortable” opposed to “tight” stretching will loosen it. You must order smaller. If it’s not tough getting it on new…it’s not going to work. Tight! Tight! Tight! Is the key.

A: You'll need to measure the circumference at the widest part of your forearm. Here are the size ranges:
