## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can it be used without a mat?**
A: I would say no, unless you use it on a plush carpet.  I have a thin yoga mat and wish I had a thicker one even with this towel.  This towel is very nice though!

**Q: Have you used this towel for hot yoga?  Does it actually grip to the yoga mat or does it slip off?**
A: Yes, I use my towel for Bikram. It is far better than a regular bath/pool towel (which I was using previously). I wouldn't say that it grips the yoga mat but in certainly slips much less than other towels.

**Q: Is the hand towel non-slip too?**
A: Sure is! Non-slip and super absorbent.  When you don't have to worry about safe traction, you're free to concentrate on the yoga positions themselves. Enjoy!

**Q: Does it stick to hair? Like after washes, does it attract hair? Human hair or pet hair?**
A: I haven't found that hair (human or pet) sticks to it. It actually washes really well.

Super ligera y absorbente, Funciona ! no te resbalas, pero tiene que haber algo de humedad, si no sudas o si el clima es completamente seco te resbalaras, recomiendo para climas húmedos/calientes o si sudas mucho durante tu practica
