And they arrived really fresh. Will be re-ordering from this seller in the future. **Q: are these white corn? Image shows white; description doesn't mention white** A: yes **Q: Are there any soy derived ingredients in these?** A: I don’t see anything in the ingredients. But as you scroll through the pictures you can read the ingredients in case there is something I missed. **Q: What is expiration date?** A: I don’t believe it says in the bag, but I just looked up on google that once you open them, which on the bag it does say to refrigerate, they could last 6-8 weeks.
