Eggcellent product - does exactly what it says it will do and does a great job. I have a couple of eggs for breakfast most mornings and it's so nice to put them in Henrietta and know that they'll be perfect and I don't have to keep an eye on them or wonder if they're done. Hint: warm the eggs for a few minutes in the shell in a bowl of hot water, before using them for poached - that way the egg white will cook more quickly and you won't over-cook the yolks. I've been using Henrietta for a couple of months now and use it 3-4 times a week. Just this morning I whipped up a batch of scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. Just put the mixture evenly into the egg poaching tray, be sure to spray with cooking spray, and cook on the hardboiled egg "setting". Fantastic! I usually turn it on when I get into the shower and they're done by the time my hair is dry. Pop them into a container to take with me to work for breakfast at my desk. Still love it - still works beautifully - wouldn't cook my soft or hard boiled eggs any other way.
