You get 2 straps, 1 rod, 2 handles, , 1 door hook, English instructions, as well as bag with shoulder strap which makes this a nice package to easily put away. The bands themselves are pretty resistant compared to the single straps you get: 22 — 56 kg and 29 — 79 kg. Basically it will not be smooth through the range with the resistance increasing the more you extend basically.The instruction manual is useful and has just under 30 exercises on it. To be frank a number are straight up awkward and in other cases I would suggest being wary. When your doing the row ones for example, given the massive resistance, last thing you want is a band to slip and whack you in the face, so go easy here. Other ones are good, the ones with the door and pull forward you can get a real good burn going, so on the whole I think its mixed, partly down to the inherent nature of how resistance bands work. On balance I for the price which nearly £100 is not cheap this item so so. Reason being a number of exercises will not work easy. In other cases it can be slippery so be careful. However there are some good exercises you can do with the introduction of the bar.
