Is this item battery powered? If so, the size of the battery? It does not tate any of this in the description. Thank you

The handheld WWS Pro grass handheld static grass applicator uses a 9v battery. Unscrew the compartment at the top and you will see the battery connection. Use a new battery, it takes a lot of power for this applicator to work. The power switch lights when turned on.

Will this work with 12mm static grass?

It should be fine, just be sure to use thick white glue.

Does the applicator come with 2 screen caps as show in the picture or only 1 cap

So the applicator come with only 1 screen cap and it’s mid range for 3mm and up. For shorter grass I would recommend just making one. But only comes with 1 cap
