But I felt like if I could help another high arch sufferer that went through months of leg pain, I'm writing a review. So I've had my Brooks Ghost 10 shoes for a few years. Ran in them a lot, lift weights in them, walk around the house in them, etc. However, I started getting really bad sciatica and leg pain for the past few months. So bad, I thought I had a blood clot in my leg. In any case, the doctor at the ER mentioned that I had really high arches. I never really thought of them as THAT high, but alas, I thought it was worth addressing. I found these on desertcart -- something made specifically for high arches and holy moley.... my world has been changed. While it took a day or two to get used to almost a lumber-like support in my shoe, my back and leg pain have gone. (Although I am doing some awesome daily stretching to help the sciatica, too). But it's like I have brand new shoes without having to spend $100+. They fit perfectly in my narrow size 8.5 Brooks Ghost 10 shoes. No trimming needed.
