So that is why this product lost a star. As for the product function, I really like these lids. I mostly wanted something that would allow me to keep my dad's dinner covered in the oven while it was kept warm without drying out and I got tired of always using foil. I wish there one one more of the larger lid in the set because I often use that one on my 10" plates when I put food in the oven to keep warm. The lids slips on easily, but make sure that the edges are completely clean, no food or oils, or it won't grip the edge of what you are trying to fit it to. I may order another set just to have an extra of the larger lid. Plus I have a lot of food storage container, which lids are lost, so the smaller ones are perfect without me needing to go out and buy new containers just so I can have containers with lids that fit properly. I also love that they are microwave and oven safe. Just before typing this review, I took a plate, covered with one of the lids, out of the fridge and put it in the oven to heat up some leftovers.07/13/17I took out a bowl to use and found the 4.5" lid, so I added back a star for a perfect score. We even tested a few first to make sure by filling a mug and a bowl with water, then applied the lid and turned upside down, flip over a few time as well to make sure there were no leaks. Washed them in the dishwater as well with no issues. To store them you can stack inside each other to help save some room.
