I decided to give this a try as the cost per cup is more affordable. I learned that 6 g of the tea is in each bag, and according my my scale and measuring spoons, that works out to being 1/2 T. of these grounds to equal 6g. I use an extra fine metal tea strainer and found that these "coffee alternative" grounds taste better when steeped for 4 minutes instead of the 5 minutes I usually steep the tea bags.
