However, I had a difficult time keeping it on my head. If I put it high on my forehead, past my hairline, it would stay, but it bothered my ears. I do have vey sensitive ears and I am a side sleeper. So I tried to pull it lower and it would just slip down my face. Also, in order to put it on, hold it from the bottom (inside out) and grab your hair, then flip it right side out enveloping you hair.
