This roller is a life-changer. I go to the chiropractor less often now, saving a ton of money. I use it to stretch my neck & back, massage knots out of muscles, and to crack my back like a chiropractor. I bought the 18 inch one & am very, very happy. My gym has a fancier version that I like better, but that one costs about $60. I think I paid $16 or $18 (I forget now?), and it is a dream come true. At first I thought it was too big (the round part), but I learned to love the size. It's very firm, but not like concrete so it won't break your back.

This sucker is hard! I love it, but I've been working out for a long time. If you're just getting started with foam rolling, you'll want something softer. But if you're looking for an extra firm foam roller, then this is it. Very good quality product and light to carry. Decent price, too. It's also the perfect length to work the entire body... unless you're a pro football player. Then, you might need the longer one. ;-)

It is a bit hard for me as a beginner in body rolling, but it is extremely well made and I have had no issues with it flaking or leaving parts of the roller after use, even when another fooling around walking on it across the floor. it works to remove tightness and I can find areas to work on super easily with this.

Works but harder than I anticipated

My chiropractor has me roll from waist to shoulders with arms above my head the whole time. You can hear the vertebrae cracking all the way up. Feels great! Durable, no wear after years. Holds shape, small enough to store in a corner of the room. Even 9 year old uses it for random imagination stuff lol

This Styrofoam roller works 100%. Now is it going to miraculously cure all of your ailments in regards to stiff muscles and sore hips and buttocks? Well, perhaps not but it will help loosen you up a little. It’s late as a feather, but incredibly solid. I use it quite regularly and it does alleviate pain and loosen up stiff muscles and joints. If you’re in pain, give it a try, it might just help you.

great item, really does the job! make sure you order an appropriate size for your frame! if you're not a size 8 female you will need more than 12 inches i am 6ft 14 stone male and if you are my size you will want 24 inches or more so dont be cheap, buy sensible, this really helps my back problems... now i can do it everyday!!

Expected it to be a bit softer but I still use it every day for morning stretching
