My Fitbit Luxe has frozen, and instructions state to push reset button on the charger while connected** A: They are knock off brand. I had to buy Fitbit brand charger to get reset button. **Q: What is the distance between charging electrodes?** A: It's approx 5/16" or 8 cm. FYI, 25.4 cm = 1 inch. So 8/25.4 = .3175" and 5/16" = .3125", so they are very close. **Q: What is the length of this cable?** A: I do not have a tape measure with me at this moment, but it is at least 20-24 inches!
