I recommended that they try the product to find out if it was bone releatd. I recommended a little more than the daily dosage for a couple of days. They took the supplement and shared the days later that the hip issues were decreasing and they could tell the difference. They ordered two bottles, returned home with the supplement.
Review: Don't take with cal/mag at same time - Excellent combo of ingredients. AI says strontium is like the rebar reinforcement for bones, while calcium is the concrete. They compete for eachother, so do not take with your other minerals. I take 2 of these in the morning on empty stomach as Dr recommended, then my other bone building minerals at lunch and dinner.
