I had recently reupholstered the seats but I didn't want him to ruin them, so I bought these covers. They work great and they actually look nice. I've washed them twice already and the grease stains come out. The material has a rubber backing so spills don't penetrate. I agree with another reviewer that maybe they could be made a little shorter but that's my only criticism. They fit my chairs well and the velcro fastening is easy to tighten.
