However, I would keep a spare factory GM module in case the no name module fails. Other than that it works great and is worth the price. Review: Update: I happened to get a faulty distributor and after several communications with the seller, I was sent a replacement which works flawlessly. It solved the issues I was having with my old pickup. Spend the money on a better quality distributor. I purchased this one to replace original with burnt out pickup coil and have regretted it ever since. It is installed and timed correctly and my truck runs worse now than ever before. It has so many random misfires it's not even drivable at this point. Don't buy this unless you like chasing your tail around in circles trying diagnose a problem that could have been prevented by getting a better quality distributor. And FYI, my truck ran perfectly before distributor was changed and that was the only thing changed at that point but have since changed coil, wires and plugs to eliminate the misfiring but it's still there.
