What I got was the actual Weishi 1000

Does this device have any issues auto detecting co axial movements or testing them. I know a lot of Omega co axial devices use 25,200 bph?

It detects and analyzes my Seasmaster Pro co-axial absolutely fine. Very impressive stats too...mine was showing 331 degrees , 0ms beat error and between 0 and +1s per day.

Ac volts input required?

As others stated, 90 to 240 volt, 50 to 60 Hz. Standard American plug but should work anywhere with plug adapter.

Can this be used for pocket watches?

Yes, but you will be limited by the width/diameter of the pocket watch. If its under 50mm it should fit and give you accurate readings.
