## Description

The compact size and peanut shape of the Franklin Mini Roll is perfectly suited for massaging the back as well as rolling away tension from the legs and shoulders. It is also ideal for exercises that increase the strength of the pelvic floor. This peanut-shaped infinity roller allows for more uses than traditional massage balls or foam rollers. Use this rad mobility roll as a hamstring roller, thoracic spine stretcher, back peanut, a self back massage tool, occipital release tool alternative, and to massage neck tension and as a suboccipital release device. Inflated mini roll allows for gentler massage support not found in peanut ball massage, roller balls, peanut lacrosse massage ball sets, peanut foam roller, fitness roller, back popper roller, foam back roller for back pain therapy, individual or mobility ball sets, and foam infinity rollers. Approximately 6.25" L x 3.75" diameter. Needle pump required for full inflation (sold separately). Latex and phthalate-free.

Review: Omgosh this thing is wonderful. Held off because of price for a looong time. Gave in for awful pinched nerve pain in neck, and after 6 months of horrible pain and numbness and therapy it hit the spot and started to help immediately. Still using it for neck rolling. I had my own small yoga ball pump, or you can get one for five dollars on desertcart. I do wish they had included that item, especially because of the sort of ridiculous price. But works so well on neck.
Review: Expensive original price is $34 Cad but they are charging $75 which is ridiculous. Functionality wise it's good works well.

Omgosh this thing is wonderful. Held off because of price for a looong time. Gave in for awful pinched nerve pain in neck, and after 6 months of horrible pain and numbness and therapy it hit the spot and started to help immediately. Still using it for neck rolling. I had my own small yoga ball pump, or you can get one for five dollars on Amazon. I do wish they had included that item, especially because of the sort of ridiculous price. But works so well on neck.
