The cables and all the things you need to hang it with seem pretty well made. I'll update in a few months if anything changes. They gave a lot of extra hangers, so that's great if you break one or need to redirect the cable around. The switch is satisfyingly smooth and it does not have a loud click (that's a plus for me). Super easy to install. It works really well with my GE relax lightbulb. My room is now super cozy!! I put it together with a pendant lampshade (Henjjras large White Oblate Pendant Lamp Shade had the best review, and it did not tear during installation!)

Nice cord, does what it's supposed to do. Switch seems reliable, although I've only had it briefly and I use a WiFi bulb so I don't have to use the physical switch all the time.

I’m using this for a grow light hanging over plants on my windowsill and it has held up beautifully despite being taken down and rehung nightly so I can lower my blinds. Functionally, it handles the wattage of a grow light bulb safely and as advertised, a super important safety note when using a high wattage bulb. Considering prices increased significantly when I narrowed my search by wattage, the $11.99 price point is a steal. I would typically use this type of cord to create overhead lighting with a pendant lampshade. The length is much longer than standard, giving far more flexibility for pendant lighting and is another feature that tends to drive cost up significantly on these cords, but not here. The cord itself is sleek and modern looking, which matters more than people admit. I’ve paid two to three times more for fabric corded versions from other retailers and while they look nice initially, they attract dirt quickly. The switch placement is also worth noting: a simple flip switch located where it stays reachable regardless of how high or low the cord is hung. The accessories package sealed the deal. Ceiling hooks, drywall anchors, and several hanging hardware options, more than enough for most setups and then some. Packaging was also excellent. Strong product at a very reasonable price point. Would buy again without hesitation.
