Does the job for a good price.
Installed just fine and fit my 1995 BMW e36 m3 just fine! Seems great quality, no issues so far. Can't comment on lifespan since it has only been a day or two but I trust Phillips.

Front signal/turning replacement bulbs for BMW E36
Philips 12499 LongerLife Miniature Bulb, 2 Pack P21/5W 12V - 12499LL B2 Made in Taiwan Phillips signalling lamp. Comes with two bulbs. These bulbs used are the front turn signal and marker lights in one bulb. There are two filaments inside the bulb which are controlled by the two different contacts at the bottom of the bulb, 5W parking lights and 21W signaling. The front marker lights stay on and the signal flashes brighter when on. Fits a 1995 BMW E36. Same as OEM.

Actually didn't fit the motorcycle i bought them for...BUT they fit my other motorcycle!

It mostly fits.....
The only problem with this bulb, and the one I replaced this with had the same thing....The 2 contact points on the bottom of the bulb were too high. I had to file them down just a bit, I used the old one as a guide, to make them fit. Once I did this they fit fine. Not sure if the ones I took out were from factory or not. They were for a 1994 bmw e36.

These are light bulbs. They fit. They work. Not much else to say about them.

Does what you need it to do
For those with inexperience: My car is an early 2000's, and has a double contact prong in the light bulb socket. Don't worry if your contacts are oval shaped. Just be sure to twist the small knobs to lock the bulb in place. The round contacts will work just fine. The light brightness is better than the factory bulb in my opinion.

Long Lifespan
I have had them for over a year and they are still going strong. Great product. Ususally my bulbs are blown after a few weeks. Great lifespan, value for money and the brightness is really good.

I can see clearly now...
I am thankful for Philips capitalizing on the work that Davy, Edison etc. contributed to the invention and development of the light bulb as we know it. As result of this collaboration I was able to bring light to my stove top. This allowed me to see in detail how quickly I am capable of ruining a one-pot recipe. The light is easy to install, bright enough and lasts as long as the electricity is stable. I had to replace the bulbs a few times, but this is thanks to the price we pay for living on an island where there are constant power spikes and shortages, which obviously impacts on the lifespan of bulbs.
