This is amazing customer service which always gets 5 stars from me! This is a really lovely keyboard. I'm writing a review as it has stopped working almost 2 years after purchase. You can decide whether that is value for money. The main issue is that when it stops working/needs charging it takes over your PC. For example when it needs charging it's as though one of the keys is constantly being pressed down. It adds characters in faster than you can backspace. And when it broke it took over my entire PC, opening tabs and clicking!
