There should be a sticker inside the battery cover that says something like OZMO FW:V22/V22** A: I don't see any stickers with those letters. The remote that came with that was intolerable to me. I like this because it's back lit, the buttons are larger and more spread apart. I keep the lights low or even off when watching TV or films so I need a remote I can see. I have learned most of it already so the major functions I don't need to look at but the lighting feature is still nice. I DO agree with some other reviews where the remote buttons are hard to operate but that seems to have worked itself out. I would say I was just I was just getting used to it but when I purchased a VIZIO 32" M series TV for my bedroom this is the exact remote which comes with that. That remote was "sticky" at 1st as well and is now working fine after a few weeks. I would say this is a really nice remote and worth the short $$. Again.. the back lighting is great! (hint/trick... learn immediately where the volume up/down rocker key is and use that to light the remote THEN look for the other controls rather than just pushing what you THINK is correct button and possibly changing what you are watching.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked right out of the box *by F***E on July 30, 2022* My original Vizio remote control stopped working so I took a chance and ordered this. It worked perfectly as soon as I put batteries in it, and as a bonus, it has an alpha keyboard on the back for typing streaming passwords, although this only works reliably if you're using Vizio apps to stream. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works with E-Series *by J***C on December 4, 2014* Bought this remote with my new E-Series Vizio. I hated the remote that came with it. It was a loud, clunky, and wasn't backlit.I did some googling and it was never clear if this remote worked on the E-Series other than it was a "universal remote." I bought it and figured I'd return it if it didn't. It does work, and does come with some extra buttons I can't use (like 3D).
