    Good chair, not great shipping

Love this chair - even though it's a replica - and was fairly happy with it, except that it arrived with a ton of tiny little surface scratches.  Granted I know it'll get them pretty quickly with use, I'd at least hoped that it would start new, given that it was "new."  I sent an email saying as much to the company and the response was something like, "Yeah, we're trying to figure out a better shipping process."  Umm... sorry- is that an acceptable solution?  Not in my book.  No apology; no offer to refund some small amount of the price; nothing.  I wouldn't order from them again.

Chair is nice &has a certain appeal as it is clear! I bought it for my home office,and it is very comfortable for light office work,but it is cool to look at&that is the appeal.A heavier "roller blade"office chair could not be better.I do not like to pay 25.00 for "24" hr shipping for a 3lb chair.that makes the deal less desirable,and BUYER BEWARE of the way shipping can take away the pleasure of a really great chair if it were only 99.00!
