My grime was pretty intense (because the floor needs to be re-sealed) so has been soaking up dirt) so I doubled the cleaner amount, as the instructions suggest. I first vacuumed, then scrubbed with the stonetech. I used a cloth to wipe up dirt. I DID also rinse the floor with fresh water after that. It works well! The tile and grout are noticeably cleaner. I WILL LET YOU KNOW -- USE A SCRUB BRUSH TO GET THE TILE THOROUGHLY CLEAN. It will clean any dirt out of the stones crevices. However, a note to those with stains: Sorry to tell you this, but you needed to Re-SEAL your floors to prevent stains from absorbing into stone. (Stone is porous and stains are almost impossible to remove, NO MATTER WHAT PRODUCT YOU USE.) Review: I ordered it from desertcart for a 26 ounce bottle the charge was $66.12. A while later I got a call from a local store, same product, same size 26 ounces , price $ 24.29. There is something very wrong with the pricing. I won’t buy that again from desertcart.
