本製品の5％水溶液は胃潰瘍や逆流性食道炎に対して処方される粘膜保護剤、アルロイドG内用液と同等のものです。アルロイドGの１日あたり服用量は20〜60ml とされており、分量があるので継続して服用するにはしばしば病院や薬局に通わないといけません。溶かして飲む顆粒状タイプもあるようですが、いずれにしても添加物の人工甘味料（サッカリンナトリウム）などが気になります。そこで本製品を自分で水に溶かして飲むことにしました。本製品は食用グレード、原料は海藻で添加物不使用なので、成分の面で全く心配はありません。唯一の問題はダマになって溶けにくいことですが、ハンドブレンダーを使って強制的にかき混ぜることでほぼ均一なドロリとした液体ができます。そのままでは味がなく飲みにくいため、同量のポカリスエット粉末を入れて飲んでいます。本製品とポカリスエット粉末をよく混ぜてから水に投入することでさらに溶けやすくなります。冷蔵庫で保存すれば１週間分ぐらいの作りおきは問題なくできるので、特に面倒でもありません。１日分の服用量60ml に対して本製品使用量は 1.2g, 価格はたった10円ですので、アルロイドGやその後発品より安いと言えるでしょう。

3.11以降、食材には気を付けてきたが、不安なので、飲んでます。砂糖を入れると、なんとか溶けます。
