Some one-star reviewers complaining about "shrinkflation"-- ignore it. Yes, the container shows up "half empty", but that is sort of industry marketing standards. They don't short you any powder. I carefully measured and weighed the powder in two brand new containers. Almost exactly 22 oz in each. (advertised as 21.5 oz, so seems you actually get a pinch more) Couldn't recommend this powder enough.
