Hi will this fit my FO# 574285 101?

Somewhere on these chairs the size is imprinted. Mine is a sixe B although I cannot tell you if that is a match to your FO# above. There is a tutorial on UTube that will show you how to confirm size and replace the insert, which is tricky.

Will the size B seat fit a size C chair if I wanted to down size?

No. Many assume Size B will fit into Size C. But unfortunately The Size B never fit size C and vice versa.
