I say mentally healthy because you have to use your intelligence (read: brain) to sort the pieces and figure out which piece matches what the instructions depict and then put them together. The instruction booklet has no words, so you can only follow it by looking at the pictures. There was at least one part of the instructions that was confusing for both me and my sister who had her own building kit too. She and I put on the neck wrong and it took analyzing the instructions to realize I had put the neck part pieces together wrong. The final product came out solid and and cute. It gives you a sense of achievement and looks very attractive on my desk.
