I liked this product. It worked incredibly well for the first twenty uses. After that, the inside began to break down along with the durability of the rope, but mostly the mechanism inside the blue box. I think it's probably worth the 30 bucks to try it, even if you only get a couple of dozen uses. About a buck a use. lol It definitely brings relief and straightens out your upper spine/neck, but it broke down relatively quickly.
