We do not provide a chart, however, the blue light wavelengths is blocked up to 500 nanometers. Will these work for that?** A: I'm not an expert in regards to light wave frequencies, so the mention of UV and "long wave" together in a sentence causes me to assume you are referring to short and long as a subset of the UV spectrum. I could not find the exact range of light wave frequency that these block when researching. That being said, I used a cd with a halogen light to diffuse the spectrum and found these glasses capable of blocking all but the most lengthy blue light. that would be all the purple, most of blue exempt l for a sliver of blue that is very close to the green. So far in real life application, I have yet to find that "sliver" in my everyday world. **Q: Why is it more expensive here than directly from the BluBlocker site?** A: It is actually less than it is on the BluBlocker site if you consider shipping. **Q: I have a broad upper part of my nose. It has been many years since I had a pair, so since I have had lens replacements in both of my eyes, I thought I could actually wear real sunglasses without having to use the clip ons. These sunglasses create such a sharp contrast on everything you see it is almost like seeing 3D. Everything is really bright even on cloudy days. Since my eye surgery these glasses add the extra brightness my eyes require now. I had bought a really nice pair of $200 sunglasses and I enjoy these blu blockers so much more u wish I hadn't paid the $200 for the other pair. I just ordered my second pair to put in our other car. They are light weight and seem to be as well built as the $200 pair for the most part and fit my face really nicely.
