Total waste of money
Don't buy this at all. This is total waste of money. No effect on body even after eating 30 tablets for 30 days. There are many better options

Don't know what it does except it fulfills your basic vitamins requirements. But that can be felt or observed without any pathological tests. Taking it for last 2 months. Hope it must be doing good.
