what are the inside dimentions?

Please inform me if the measurements of the bottom of the suitcase are the same as the middle of the suitcase?

The ID measurements provided cover the area at the top of the base piece. The measurements in the bottom of base are .5 smaller all the way around. So at the middle of the base, it is .25 smaller all the way around.

Where can I get extra foam for this case incase I want to redo my cutouts?
