Such as will it hold up in turbulence?** A: Works great in our Piper PA30. Holds the tablet tight and the mount holds strong to the yoke tube. **Q: How much weight can it hold?** A: Hello, we recommend not using something more than 3lbs. when using the tablet holder. **Q: Does this hold and iPad Pro 11”?** A: Yes. I use it with a Standard iPad , and it has enough room for a PRO 11. **Q: Has anyone used this to mount tablet on Edson wheel of a sailboat? Flying days are over had to give up the Cherokee and take up sailing instead.** A: I have both a plane and a sailboat. I think the Edson wheel will be too thin. But you could put something there like a piece of rubber to give the clamp more to grab onto. Having had an unfortunate accident a few years back I’m now confined to a power wheelchair and also spend a fair bit of time in a hospital style bed at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find the ARKON mounts and their considerably lower price point to RAM products. Yes ARKON uses mostly plastic parts where RAM might be metal, however I have found them to be sufficiently robust for my uses. I currently have this tablet mount with the robust clamp on my bedside table with a double ball joint added so that I can use two long arms to hold my iPad in assorted positions while I’m in bed. As a comparison to the RAM clamp mount I like the claws better on the ARKON version as it is more adaptable to round or flat surfaces. I also have a similar setup on my powerchair to hold my iPhone next to my control arm.
