It is a faulty product - The clock has been a headache since purchase. I had imported it directly from the company. I had received a clock with the clock mechanism/gears inside all open. Better to go with Casio it is much better. The clock keeps stopping, I have to keep opening it and fix the gears to make it work. Further, the battery is too heavy and will slip from the holder. I am not sure a common person can repair the clock themselves. This clock needs constant maintenance. Worst purchase decision ever. I had an old cuckoo clock that did tic toc and this helps me in the same way once i got used to the different sound. **Q: size is confusing is it 15.5 measuring tail too. I have had it several years now and can't remember what size i ordered. It has performed well over the years though. **Q: Is this the Original kit Kat clock?** A: Yes it's the original Kit Kat Klock. I remember first seeing these as a kid in the 70s and it looks the same. Although the company has changed names many times, it's made by the same original company from the 1930s. The only difference from the originals is it's made of thin plastic, unlike the original ones that were metal and bakelite (ceramic) **Q: Where is the hole to hang it located on the clock?** A: It's on the back of the clock near the middle. I can not take it down to look, because once you hang it and its working properly it should not be moved. It's a little tricky but once the eyes and tail are in sync, leave it alone.
