Clear and concise writing gets you ready for the test
I'm just about to take my checkride and this book has been fantastic. The information is clear and concise. Waaay better than some of those other books that a thousand pages. The book is filled with all the necessary acronyms and diagrams. If you want the information without all the fluff, this is the book for you. Update: Just passed my checkride!!!! I was reading this book until right before my test. The short format makes it easy

Pass My Private Pilot Checkride
Thank you Miguel Puente I read this book 3-4 times I learn it very well thanks to this book I pass my Checkride on the first try it was a smooth checkride for me my knowledge was good that only use my references book ones.! Outstanding study guide
I recently passed my PPL checkride and used this book as my main study guide. The book covers all the topics from the PTS that you need to know for the checkride. Instead of digging through the FAR/AIM and your textbooks, just get this book and read through it over and over. The book is broken down into study units like FAA regulations, weather, airplane systems, aerodynamics of flight, etc. It uses acronyms, charts, illustrations to help you understand concepts. And then at the end of each unit it has example questions to show what the examiner might ask you on your checkride. I would absolutely recommend this book because after reading it, there were no surprises during my checkride. The DPE told me I was very well prepared.

This book made my checkride easy!.. I passed!!
Thank you!!! I bought this book just before my check ride and it made the whole oral process a real breeze. This book covers EVERYTHING on the oral portion and explains it in plain English! As a student pilot, I always struggled with weather theory and reading some of the weather charts, but this book has a real nice appendix that explains it perfectly! This book is like 5 books in one! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is just starting flight training or getting ready for a practical exam! -A. Elliot

Great study guide
I read this book several times over. Very helpful and passed my check ride. I have a different book and it was very dry without pictures. I got bored with it quickly.
