I am so glad I bought this cream, it has changed my life. I went into early menopause at age 37 due to a hysterectomy, and had one ovary left for hormonal production purposes. I was dealing with the symptoms perfectly fine until I hit 40 years old, then the menopause symptoms came in with vengeance and fury causing me to suffer horrible hot flashes, mood swings, skin changes, hair loss, you name it. I tried the holistic route with acupuncture, natural pills, oils, but nothing worked, until I came across this cream.First week: I started using the cream with very low expectations, but that changed on day #3 when I noticed that my hot flashes were less intense and lasted no more than 30 seconds (I kept a journal to track the hot flashes). By the end of the first week they were dissipating and become less frequent throughout the day.Second week: Night sweats were GONE. I could sleep through the night without waking up every 20 minutes!
