There was no gasket left for reference.** A: As long as the panel on the inside of the door is removable to allow the gasket to fit around it it should be fine. Measure the width and height of the gasket mating surface to get your measurements for the correct length. It seems like the fridge you have is more of a squared corner design as opposed to the later round style. This is a universal gasket so you will have to cut the corners to 90 degrees in order for it to fit. There is a specific way to do this to avoid air leakage so please do some research prior to installing. **Q: Does this seal have the cut outs for the screw areas and the cut outs for the corner edges for the bends around the door?** A: You will need to make your holes. A drill bit is one way. As for the corner bends, you may need to cut a v shape on the lower lip 3 or four places for a sweeping bend. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made *by E***T on February 24, 2025* Very well made. Unfortunately it did not work on the vintage refrigerator we were trying to use it on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ gasket *by A***R on May 3, 2024* as described ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seem to get pretty hard once it is mounted *by I***N on September 25, 2024* I put this on my 1949 Philco model D893. It was pretty straightforward but I should have bought a gasket with a taller profile. It just does seal & I would have liked a little more compression. The one photo shows the profile of the old gasket compared to the replacement. Also once the gasket gets cold it gets hard. I would have preferred a more supple material. The gaskets on my newer models at my house are magnetic but stay supple when cold. At any rate, the door is now sealed as the old gasket was crumbling and was causing a lot of frost to build up.
