Review: Exactly Right - I've built model kits for 50 years and worked in film special effects for many of those years. I was unaware of Valleo's weathering products and have stocked up on many supplies. I thot this product perfectly replicated the look as advertised - mud with grass in it. I have made use of being able to thin the product with water to build up layers. I have also been able to color the product with Tamiya paints. These products are extraordinarily useful for heightening the "reality" of dioramas, figures, maquettes, etc.
Review: Great Effect - This stuff is amazing. I use it for miniatures. I had a plain, flat, boring base on a mini I was painting and didn't know what to do with it. Slather on a little bit of this, and suddenly you have a nice muddy ground texture to paint over or leave as is. Dries surprisingly fast, but easy to work with.
