So, I NEVER leave reviews but I couldn't sit back and not tell the world about my experience!! I saw an ad for this product when researching sleep training books/courses for my 8 month old who was waking up MULTIPLE TIMES A NIGHT EVERY SINGLE NIGHT :(((( and I can say for once that I'm SO GLAD I CLICKED ON THE AD. I wasn't really sure if it was worth $99 or honestly how it really worked, but I had tried a few other books and things already and was kind of just like to hell with it, last resort. After ONLY 5 NIGHTS of this program my so so stubborn 8 month old started officially sleeping through the ENTIRE NIGHT!!! What?? I am a new woman!!I am PASSIONATE (clearly) about my sleep and now I need everyone else to experience this moment of victory, so here's the nitty gritty details:--Don't be confused by the "online" part (I was like, if it's online, what exactly are they mailing me??). The program is on their website and you are mailed a small package with a redemption code--(side note: it also comes with a little coupon for $20 off the Owlet Cam which I don't need, but i thought it was a nice touch! and i plan to give the coupon to my friend that is pregnant)--The MAGIC of this program is the customization/personalization whatever you want to call it. Once you sign up online and put in your redemption code, it takes you through this like quiz/question thing and gets a sense for your baby's routine etc. then it gives you some really helpful tips from two ladies (I guess they are Jen & Jill like super well known baby sleep experts) THEN you pick from like three different sleep plans based on what you are comfortable with and how long you want it to take... i picked the "visit" program cause it said 5 to 7 days and I was super desperate for sleep. Based on what I put in the system or whatever, it puts out this completely customized daily schedule and I was like UM THANK YOU all i needed was someone to tell me exactly what to do. But that wasn't even the best part. So day 1 i follow my schedule and I'm like putting in my baby girl's nap, etc and she slept kind of longer than usual and then WHOA the schedule automatically updated with a new bedtime based on how long she napped! I guess I was amazed by that because I wouldn't have known to change I just would have put her down at the same time. Every day I followed exactly what it told me to do, and it adjusted based on what she did... the results I tell you were MAGIC.--BY DAY 3 baby girl went from waking up mulitple times and needing me to rock her or feed her back to sleep to waking up ONCE and i just visited but like didn't say anything or touch her, she went back to sleep within 60 seconds!! I wanted to cry for joy. BY DAY 5 SHE WAS COMPLETELY SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT. 13 HOURS PEOPLE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT 13 HOURS CAN DO FOR A PERSON??Anyway, I just can't believe there's only like one other review on this program, I am so glad I took a chance and purchased it, it's seriously amazing and I'm going to be GIFTING this to every single pregnant woman or newborn mom that I know!! I cannot wait to go back to sleep tonight... sweet sweet sleep. ### ⭐⭐ They use the cry it out method *by N***. on Reviewed in the United States on 19 June 2020* I bought this because my baby just won’t sleep all night. I know the cry it out method works, because I did it before and worked for a week and than my baby started waking up again and I just read so many bad things about the cry it out method, that I’ve decided not to to it again. The advertisement says “as few tears as possible” so I thought it will use a different method, but when I got through the assessment they have you choose from 3 cry it out methods. I’m going to return it because this was not what I expected because they have ‘false’ advertisement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not Used with Sleep Sock *by E***H on Reviewed in the United States on 14 June 2020* I like the videos and attention to detail of this program, however I was disappointed that it doesn’t use the owlet sock to collect data/help determine the best sleep schedule.
