The around-the-chest strap was much too small for me, but I simply unplugged the sender and re-plugged it into my old FT7 strap. Perfectly compatible. Far more practical that a smartwatch when cycling uphill or engaged in the fun of catching someone or fending off pursuit. With the receiver strapped to the handlebar of my bike, I have a real time readout much like a tachometer. Seriously high-quality piece of kit.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because I ordered it and didn't realize that the strap it came with was XXS-S and there was no other choice. That information was not easily noticed and usually something you choose on a product page, along with colour. An additional strap was required which I purchased directly from Polar. The unit sycned up easily with my cycling apps.

Este producto lo compré de segunda mano y la verdad es que está como nuevo y me salió tirado de precio. -Es bastante más preciso que el sensor óptico del reloj. -Yo normalmente gasto la talla "s" en casi todas las prendas de vestir. En este caso me queda bién. No llega a apretarme demasiado, pero si ensancho el perímetro un par de cm más, sería un problema. La banda es bastante pequeña. Hay que asegurarse los cm de perímetro que tiene uno. Tampoco es que sea demasiado elástica. -El enganche es simple y bastante cómodo. Yo cuando estoy entrenando no lo noto para nada. En la parte del enganche tiene una etiqueta que bien o la puedes cortar o ten cuidado de que no se quede doblada, de lo contrario si podría molestar bastante. -No es apto para el agua. -Es sencillo de sincronizar con el pilar M430, y de momento no me ha dado ningún fallo. (3 meses de uso). Quizá no sea un producto para profesionales, pero para corredores populares va perfecto. Puede que nuevo sea un poco caro pero eso ya depende de cada uno. A mi por el precio de segunda mano me parece una gran compra.

I followed the size and guidelines and it was too small. This seller does not allow returns which I didn't realize and found out when I went to return it. Buyer beware - the product arrived with a strong fragrance smell - very offensive and I am sensitive to fragrances.
