Good supplements can make a difference
I gave been taking multi vitamins that I purchased from a big box store. For years it seemed like they did no good. I decided to focus on vitamins that might help my specific needs instead of what was included in the multi blob. I started researching better forms of specific vitamins and bought this form of B12. It is supposed to be more bio available than other forms. The tablets are small and don't taste bad. This allows me to keep it in my mouth to dissolve. The previous multi vitamin was swallowed but didnt get absorbed in my digestive system. I am not sure if it is a difference in B12 form, not swallowing the pill or if it due to other supplements but I am feeling better and just received my second bottle today.
