**Q: I lost  the spring that controls the outermost throttle plate. I couldn't really tell from the parts list. Is this the right part?**
A: It looks like the right part, but there's different lengths of springs that can fit there. You'll have to measure between the throttle plate and the governor lever which the spring goes on to. Then get the right length spring that will have tension on there.
