I thought I had died & gone to Heaven! Second time in Scotland at High Tea with warm crumpets & jam SO good! **Q: Is this clotted cream made from 100% grass fed cows?** A: In England nearly all cows are grazed on pasture. They are only kept indoors in the winter when they are usually fed silage. **Q: According to Amazon, my order was shipped on 12/20 and not expected here until 12/26 to 12/31. Will it be usable?** A: It should be fine. I ordered 2 and used the second almost 6 months after the first and the cream was just as good. **Q: i will not be able to use the entire jar within three days of opening. Can i divide the jar into indivdual servings and freeze?** A: The jar is small and you use it like butter. It keeps in the refrigerator just fine. I had mine open for a couple weeks with no problem. But I assume you could take out portions and freeze them.
