The major difference is the 123% better flavor and shorter ingredients list. The texture is slightly chewy and the color is obviously green. There are no flavor packets included, though that works better for me. I cook these in the morning and coat them in organic coconut oil and Hawaiian sea salt. Then, I usually fry a couple of egg or scramble a couple of eggs with onion and mushroom.
