## Description

To produce wholemeal, we simply take the whole wheat grain and grind it - so nothing is added or taken out. As all the natural goodness is retained, it is high in bran and dietary fibre. All Odlums Wholemeals are now stoneground through traditional milling stones to give them a coarser texture and a more distinctive taste. Ideal for making bread, fruit cakes, pastry and biscuits.

**Q: In ireland i bought a very course whole meal flour to make a dense bread.  is this that type of flour?  wont go through a shifter**
A: Yes. A very coarse flour perfect for “grainy” soda bread. I haven’t found anything in America that’s the same grind. Well worth the cost if that’s what you’re looking for.
