Review: Well balanced - I live in Hawaii and a lot of things arrive in bad shape but these were fresh and perfect. The taste reminds me of junior mints if they were made as a candy bar. Most of the time when I get something like this the texture isn’t right- the chocolate is too thick or it doesn’t melt into the mint cream as you’re eating it, but this is just the right balance of sweet peppermint cream to dark chocolate. The chocolate at the ends of the bar are also a little thicker for stability. All in all, yum.
