Would sometimes roll down and then not back up. Sometimes slamming the door would restart it, which appears to be related to the orientation the motor is mounted such that grease can eventually find it way down into the motor brushes. Not sure if this motor addresses that design issue, but it works well and was easy to install and priced very well over the OEM. The auto up/down worked perfectly and required no action/reset on my part in my Nissan Titan. The motor is definitively quite a bit smaller than the OEM motor and it does seem to move the window a bit slower, but it is more noticeable with the car off and the battery pushing 12V.
