I ordered the set of 3, which includes a 2.25-inch bird's beak knife for making fancy garnishes, a 3.25-inch serrated blade for soft skinned vegetables like tomatoes, and a 3.25-inch straight edge parer for general use. They are sharp, well balanced and designed for a variety of chopping and slicing. They are easy use, comfortable to grip, light in weight, and come with sheaths for safety and edge protection.
