He loves changing them from car to creature. Can't remember if this one has an on/off switch but one needs to check before replacing the battery. My grandson switched off his Gorilla version of this toy and after replacing the batteries several times, realized this one had an on/off switch. My grandson loves switches and had turned this one earlier in the day.
