They are also fairly easy to use if you watch a few videos on you tube. The instructions included with the package are brief and tell you how to put the tips together with the coupler, not how to actually pipe the flowers. I have never attempted flower cupcakes using Russian tips and they turned out beatifully. The set is supposed to come with 12 different Russian tips and two of mine were duplicates. Silicone piping bags were also supposed to be included and I received about 10 cheap plastic bags that broke during icing. Hence the 3 stars. I would return this for the full set of tips and the silicone bags, however, I was on a time limit to make these cupcakes for a friends birthday.
